PREFACE
The purpose of the Employee Handbook is to outline general knowledge of Strategic OverKill and used as a communication tool. The handbook will issue policy applicable to a broad spectrum of the company and sets forth expectations. This handbook should be reviewed by all members. This is a living document and will be continually updated.

*Director: The Directors of S0K are specialists in disciplines of organizational administration and content creation. This particular level of S0K Staff mostly performs its duties with sole focus external to in-game responsibilities / expectations / authority. We don't expect an entire Division to take orders from a web master or a commercial editor, but you will most certainly respect their extensive skilled labors and dedication to promoting the content and vision of Strategic OverKill. Some Directors will have more hands on In Game Activity laid out in there Staff Duties. Directors are also charged with setting divisional goals and milestones as any good management strategy. When these goals or milestones are exceeded, company-wide bonuses will be given to main members of Strategic OverKill as great motivators for the dedication and hard work (note affiliate members will Not receive Bonuses but will get Paid Equally for there Services). Current administrative staff duties can be found elaborated upon in following chapter.

*Fleet Admiral: The Fleet Admirals provide leadership for day-to-day operations and manage corporate assets and lead different departments. They oversee top end considerations for coordination between said entities. You will take your on-duty instructions from these competent men and women who's sole purpose is to ensure all coordinated efforts are maximizing the overall Effectiveness,Viability, and Sustainability of all S0K services, including measures to ensure your employment is mutually beneficial and satisfying. These Admirals are the top Instructors of the Organization Of Perfect Solutions [O.O.P.S.] Battle school which Teaches and Guides All Members in Fleet Operations.
Each operating department will be run by a small team (5 to 7 people) and NOT a single person. Fleet Admirals are redundant entities, not separate entities. Their role is to provide around the clock coverage of the same function with minimal variation. The Department Heads are as follows:

*Squadron Captain: Will be directly connected to the Fleet Admirals in charge of the Mission at hand. They will be in direct guidance of up to 10 Single or Muti crew Ships and there captains. Each Capitan will hand pick there Squad from the Commanding Officers Available and be required to work with and help train there squads.
Position Requirements:
*Commanding Officers: The Captains of S0K are the C.ommanding O.fficers (COs) of a vessel who's crew consists of more than 1 person. These men and women typically are owner operators of the vessel they're commanding but that is not a requirement. S0K does in fact have a vast range of uncrewed vessels awaiting staff to begin productive operations. The ship owner automatically receives a TBD % profit sharing for all operations performed with the vessel. The Captain receives a wage like most other crew. They receive both payments if they're the owner/operator. Traditionally, the CO of a multicrew vessel will be referred to as a Captain regardless of their actual rank. They will be charged with developing a top-notch workforce through training. They will also coach and counsel new members and help resolve member issues as they arise.
Position Requirements:
*Specialist: It might not be your ship, but it wouldn't run without ya! Specialist or (Sp's) are among the best of our employees in skilled tasks, having achieved higher levels of Certifications in their preferred Job Designation. As a proven expert in your field it will be your duty to train and direct tasks under your specialization. (COs) will direct their wishes to (Sp's) and the (Sp's) will rely on their expertise to direct Technicians and Cadets to achieve the Captain's goals as effectively as possible.
*Technician: You have proven yourself competent in a Specialization and acquired your Certification and are ready to serve S0K's and the public with an expectation of competent and reliability. To acquire a Job Designation you must undergo training and/or prove pre-existing competency required to acquire the Certification(s) necessary for that Job Designation. You may train in as many Certifications as you wish and maximize your job flexibility and ability to transfer between departments as desired/necessary.
*Cadet: Welcome to Strategic OverKill, Cadet! We're happy to have you ready and willing to begin your training to enter S0K's ranks to serve the UEE's need for safe, efficient, and reliable Security and Transportation of all varieties! To acquire a Job Designation you must undergo training and/or prove pre-existing competency required to acquire the Certification(s) necessary for that Job Designation. You may train in as many Certifications as you wish and maximize your job flexibility and ability to transfer between departments as desired/necessary.

- Main Org Dedication (Focus should not be split with unrelated activities)
- Background Check Compliance: Must submit and cooperate with the facilitation of full review of past (Star Citizen) activities and affiliations.
- RSI Profile must be updated: With an appropriately immersible and presentable name and biography (usually Position specifications)
- Activity: Must be active and able to fill the time the role will require to properly be done Week to Week.
- Communication: Directors must have and use Mumble as a necessary.
